Do not send

Do not include sensitive credentials or confidential business records:

1. API keys
2. passwords or 2FA codes
3. OAuth tokens
4. customer lists
5. private email content
6. unpublished contracts or financial data
7. full recordings unless requested

Account issues

For sign-in, authorization, refresh, or logout problems:

1. Confirm you can access https://octotool.net.
2. Click “登录并授权” in the extension side panel. If website sign-in remains valid, continue directly to authorization; otherwise sign in on the website first.
3. Confirm authorization on the website and return to the extension.
4. Extension authorization currently expires 20 days after authorization; refreshing access tokens does not extend it. Normal renewal does not require clearing extension storage or deleting your work. Customer website sign-in currently lasts up to 90 days unless ended earlier.
5. Extension sign-out revokes the current extension authorization. Website sign-out ends the current website sign-in session. For other account, revocation, or data requests, contact [email protected].
